The Barrel Proof edition from Elijah Craig is created only 4 times each year. The selection of casks that usually make up the 12 year old bottling, instead get diverted to this raw, untamed version. While the whiskey is still 12 years old, it is left unfiltered and undiluted - a slightly higher powered and fuller flavour bourbon than it's sister. A great dram, and a step up for fans of Elijah Craig's flagship bottling.
