Commercial Description:
"Granite" defines the rock where the roots of the pear tree plunge into the granite faults. The deep root system of the pear tree marks its minerality. This aspect is more present in this cuvée from very old trees. Blend of as many varieties as possible, respecting the vintage. Accompanied by haute cuisine, noble products, as an aperitif before great white wines or at the end of a meal.
