Winemaker Notes
Beautiful pale yellow color with emerald reflections. The cuvée prestige of Château Saint-Sulpice reveals the aging as well as fruity notes with nectarine, apricot but also notes of dried fruits. With good density, the wine displays a sweet character. It reflects the olfactory characteristics of ripe yellow fruits associated with the woody aromas of fermentation and aging in barrels with toasted aromas, perceptible until the finish. Nice length on the palate which ends with a saline touch.
Drink as an aperitif or enjoy with shellfish or grilled fish.
Blend: 90% Sauvignon Blanc and Gris, 10% Sémillon
