This comes from a dry-farmed vineyard near the coastal town of Aptos in the Santa Cruz Mountains, 750 feet above sea level within 4 miles of the coast. This opens with a clean citrus note with bright light minerality, a just there oak note, and delicate apricot notes. This palate is just shy of moderate in weight with a tremendous balance of fruit, mineral and just there barrel bringing everything together. This is a terrific Chardonnay. MK D&M Nov 2025
