Once a barrel of our award-winning bourbon is empty, we team up with talented craft breweries to create something truly special.
Our barrels are shipped to a specially selected brewery, then used to age craft beer. Once that batch of beer has finished the aging process, the barrel returns to our distillery, where we continue to age more Fireside Whiskey inside of it. The process of aging whiskey inside a barrel previously used to age beer gives our barrel-share bourbon its distinctive flavor.
