Crafted by fourth-generation master distiller Felipe Camarena, this blanco is made from mature Blue Weber agave that’s slow-cooked in stone ovens, crushed using a mechanical tahona, and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The fermentation uses a unique 50/50 blend of collected rainwater and natural spring water, enhancing its clean, earthy character. It's double distilled in copper pot stills and bottled without any additives.
