Garrison Brothers Single Barrel Bourbon is proof that each barrel is special. The differences in each barrel are caused by the interaction of each American white oak barrel, the searing Texas climate, and the juice inside, meaning that no two barrels of bourbon will be exactly alike.
Each barrel of Garrison Brothers Single Barrel has aged for at least three years in the searing Texas heat, soaking up a unique set of notes and flavours from a new American White Oak barrel.
Nose: Oak spices and red fruits. Hints of menthol make the nose rich and minty. At the end - tobacco leaf.
Palate: Oaky creaminess, a touch hot without adding water. Interesting interaction between the tobacco/leather influences and the sweet vanilla caramel flavours. On the back palate, there are more hints of menthol.
Finish: Long finish with vanilla and menthol lingering.
