Our annual brew of Día De Los Muertos has had a bit of a hiatus, but we finally found space in production to brew one of our favourite stouts. This years batch we experimented with varying amounts of chilli and believe we have found the perfect balance. Our Mexican hot chocolate stout has aromas of chocolate, caramel and vanilla, balanced by a light roasted character from the dark malts, and spice and heat from brewing with Ancho Grande chillies.
