The 2019 Haut-Médoc de Giscours is a very pretty, expressive wine. Plump dark cherry, leather, dried flowers, mint, tobacco, cedar and licorice lend quite a bit of complexity. There's terrific depth here and plenty of character. The Haut-Médoc is made from vineyards between Giscours and Cantemerle just outside the Margaux appellation. This is very nicely done.

A perfect blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, Le Haut-Medoc de Giscours benefits from the meticulous care of the team at Chateau Giscours.
