My Shop Coffee`s Roast master has chosen a medium roast to develop a coffee that is sweet, yet subtle with a medium body that is balanced in aroma, acidity, and complexity. This pairing of high-grown Arabica beans and the highest grade of Kona has created a chocolaty and nutty undertone giving this cuvee brightness in its finish.
