An American Wild Ale brewed with spelt and rye, fermented with our New England native mixed culture, and aged in oak upon beautiful selection of herbs, Henbit presents a slightly hazy orange color in the glass. The aroma awakens the palate with its vibrant bouquet, which offers notes of lemongrass, sage, lightly-toasted coriander seed, oak, and underlying subtle rye spice. With a light-to-moderate acidity, Henbit is gentle, finishing with a touch of sweetness and remaining incredibly drinkable for 8.0%.
