Hepburn’s Choice from Hunter Laing comprises whiskies bottled either from specially selected single casks or from small batches of two to three casks. Every expression is always bottled at 46% ABV and naturally without artificial colouring or chill-filtration.

This 9 Year old Auchroisk is one of 809 bottles, finished in wine casks.

Nose: Maltiness but an underlying sweetness reminiscent of strawberries and cream.

Palate: Stone fruits mixed with red berries and a slight woody character followed by touches of salted caramel.

Finish: A lingering finish that is herbaceous, fruity and sweet.
