The Hepburn’s Choice range comprises whiskies bottled either from specially-selected single casks or from small batches of two to three casks. Always bottled at 46% alcohol, and naturally without artificial colouring or chill-filtration.
Hepburn’s Choice Dailuaine 13 year old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (2008) was matured in first-fill sherry butts and bottled in 2022. Red fruits and sticky toffee pudding make this an easy-drinking but lingering whisky.
Nose: Lavender honey, raspberry jam on cracked wheat toast.
Palate: Warm gingersnap cookies, dark chocolate mocha and oily citrus.
Finish: Long with tobacco leaf, peppery heat and cloves.
