The Hepburn's Choice range from independent bottler Hunter Laing features whiskies from carefully selected single casks or small batches of two to three casks. The range honours William Hepburn, the late maternal grandfather of the directors, who travelled the world as a member of the Diplomatic Service.
This 10-year-old Glencadam, distilled in 2012, spent a decade in a single cask before being bottled at 46% ABV without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Light and fruity, with green apples, pears and citrus.
Palate: Apples and pears continue from the nose, but in cider form, with Manuka Honey, vanilla, and cinnamon appearing on the back palate.
Finish: Long and balanced, with the nose and palate remaining consistent.
