Commercial Description:
We made this creamy and juicy double dry hopped gentle giant by layering barley, soft white wheat and oats with a subtle dash of lactose sugar. We then added hops to the mash, the boil, the whirlpool, the hop back, fermentation and the conditioning phase for crazy hop saturation. Fermented with a special yeast which accentuates the thiols in the hops.
