Identified as the premier block of the JAX Vineyard, "Block 3" yields the elite fruit of the vineyard estate. Sourced from merely 8 rows, the clusters are aged in 100% french oak as the “ultimate” expression of the JAX vineyard site. Layers of complexity, density and vibrancy.
Hand picked Estate fruit processed with Pellenc sorting and de-stemming system. Fermented in a concrete tank for 15-30 days, then aged in new French Oak barrels for 22 months. Bottled unflitered and unfined using 100% native spontaneous yeast. Will age well for 15+ years.
