Kareen Pet-nat Barbera 2023 is a naturally sparkling red wine crafted in the ancestrale method, originating from select Barbera grapes fermented as whole berries and bottled during fermentation. Grown and vinified with minimal intervention, this vintage underwent 13 months of aging on its own yeast sediment, developing depth while preserving its natural vibrancy. The result is a wine with character and authenticity, meant to be enjoyed young but capable of evolving beautifully for up to two years.

In the glass, it pours a deep, rich violet-red with an almost opaque core. The nose is vivid and fruit-forward, offering a mix of raspberry and cherry with a light touch of caramel.
