Matured entirely in ex-bourbon casks for eight years and bottled at natural cask strength, this release showcases Kilkerran's distinctive combination of sweetness, texture and coastal character.
The nose opens with bright notes of key lime pie, apple jelly, honey and vanilla. The palate turns rich and creamy with banoffee pie, vanilla custard and panna cotta, while the finish brings sea salt and brine alongside a subtle touch of gorse.
