Overview: Fruity, generous, and with delicate bubbles, this blended Champagne is the expression of clay-limestone and sandy terroirs of the "Coteaux Sud de la Vallee de la Marne". Vineyard work is done with a respects of the environment by a considered approach and a traditional heritage.
Tasting Notes: The 70% Pinot Meunier in the blend gives this wine its great fruitiness. It is a balanced wine, with five years on the lees and a backdrop of richness and fine white fruits.
