This is made up of predominately Chardonnay with some Pinot Noir and a touch of Pinot Meunier. It spent around 48 months on its lees before being disgorged with a dosage of 7 grams per liter. The nose is bright and light with citrus, yellow apple, peach, and a just there chalk note.
