Legent Bourbon Whiskey (750Ml)

Legent Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey comes as a collaboration from two icons of whiskey: Fred Noe of Jim Beam and Shinji Fukuyo of Suntory. After years of tasting, testing and refining the recipe together, Legent has become another step in Shinji's pursuit of mastery. This bourbon is a blend of two unique traditions of whiskey making, starting with Kentucky straight bourbon distilled from Noe’s family recipe. Every drop is crafted with high-quality grains and calcium-rich, iron-free, limestone water. After aging at least four years in charred white oak, selections are aged in sherry and red wine casks to deepen the complex flavor. They are then returned and blended together to make a perfectly balanced whiskey that combines 200+ years of American bourbon tradition and 100+ years of Japanese whiskey technique. From the sherry casks come flavors of spice and dried fruits while the red wine casks impart notes of mild, fruity flavors. These blend excellently with the traditional oak, caramel, and vanilla taste known by bourbon drinkers. The finish is medium to long with a bit of warmth, wonderful to sip neat.
