250ml. This non-alcoholic sparkling rose is 100% Pinot Noir. The grapes macerate for 6 hours prior pressing. The CO2 really balances out the residual sugar, making it appear drier than it is. Because of that, it’s even more wine like! This refreshing sparkler exudes cool, red fruits and lean minerality. Importer NotesAlcohol was distilled out by a vacuum still @ 23C, then injected with CO2. 51.4 g/l RS, but nicely balanced by the bubbles, the nose shows strawberry, red apple, clementine, and clean minerals. The palate is light with good acid and a clean and zingy style.
