Lelit Victoria Espresso Machine

Introducing the PL91T Victoria, a new espresso machine made by Lelit. Featuring programmable pre-infusion and the new Lelit electronic control system. A single boiler, dual purpose system with a boiler made of brass which retains heat better than stainless steel. Typically brass boilers are more susceptible to limescale compared to stainless steel boilers. We highly recommend utilizing the water softener included with the machine. From a cold start, it takes approximately 2 minutes for the machine to reach its set temperature at 200 °F (93 °C). Before this time, the machine modes will not function. It will take another 5 minutes for the rest of the machine (grouphead & portafilter) to fully heat.

Constructed from solid brushed stainless steel and featuring push button switches with backlights when engaged, a wide passive cup warmer and water tray. 3 way solenoid valve to dry up the coffee powder. The efficient vibratory pump runs at 41 watts, rated up to 15 bar with air valve bypass. Only 9 bar is needed to extract espresso, and wattage has no correlation to longevity. Pumps will degrade in performance over time. Replacing a vibration pump will be lest costly than a rotary vane pump.

The tank has a built-in particle filter which protects the machine from any unseen particles from entering the boiler. Can be removed if you are installing an inline water softener. The auto-shut off function prevents burning out the heating element. The water tank sits on a spring activated plate. Once the water is low, the plate depresses the tank microswitch which turns off the heating element. Multi-directional steam wand allows for more movement and flexibility. The wand is equipped with a rubber grip which helps you position the wand without burning your fingers. The 1-hole steam tip grants maximum steam power. Rotational knobs located on the right side of the machine allows easier control of the intensity.

The LCC is another feature worth mentioning, as it's Lelit's new electronic control system, which easily allows the user to adjust temperature, shot timer and pre-infusion settings. Intuitive brew pump pressure gauge is located above the LCC. Measures between 0 – 16 bar. The optimal range is between 8 – 12 bar.
