This year’s Quinteto is 45% cabernet franc, 20% malbec, 20% syrah, 10% merlot, and the rest is pinot noir. The cabernet franc’s herbal notes are in command here, but it also has a lot of red fruit, along with tannic texture that’s firm but not aggressive on the palate.
