The Lucca A53 is a compact espresso machine based on the incredibly popular Vivaldi II. The resulting unit is a dual boiler, vibratory pump machine with a saturated group head design. It also features volumetric shot dosing, as well as an optional shot timer and pre-infusion chamber.
The dual-boiler system means you have dedicated brew and steam boilers with independent temperature control, allowing you to pull shots and steam milk at the same time. The saturated grouphead design means the grouphead is surrounded by an extended section of the boiler, meaning they warm up much faster than E61 group head and hold a specified temperature more precisely.
Volumetric programming offers the option of precisely dispensing a desired amount of liquid with the push of a button. Adjustable through the touch pad. Digital Temperature Control offers a closed loop temperature control system to maintain boiler temperature. Brew temperature and steam boiler temperature can be adjusted degree by degree.
