The Mazzer Major V Electronic grinds on demand, straight into the portafilter, to a dose you set once and repeat all day. Programmable single, double and triple doses are timed to a hundredth of a second, so shot to shot consistency stops depending on who is working the bar.

Eighty-three millimetre flat steel burrs turn at 1600 RPM on 60 Hz power behind a 650 watt motor and an aluminum die cast body. Electronically controlled ventilation keeps heat away from the coffee during long runs. The control panel reads in 19 languages across a wide viewing angle and reports daily grinding statistics, total and partial dose counts, and alerts when burrs are worn or service is due. Grind adjustment is stepless and micrometrical with a memory track index.

This is the grinder for a cafe dialling in by weight and time rather than by eye, at medium to high volume. If you want a doser workflow with coffee held ready, the Major V doser is the same platform without the electronics. For conical burrs, the Kony S and Robur S sit above it.
