Though technically not a blend of three this wine is most definitely a Ménage à Trois in spirit and style. Erupting with zesty tropical fruit aromas, vivid fruit flavors balanced by mouth-watering acidity, this exhilarating wine is everything you could want and more. To preserve the fresh, bright fruit flavors and zippy aromas, winemakers cold-ferment the wine in stainless steel tanks, completely avoiding malolactic fermentation. We find all of this technical talk a little, well, stimulating. Perhaps it’s time to sit back and enjoy a glass of our Pinot Grigio and simply let the wine do its thing.
