Commercial Description:
This whisky matures in casks from Islay, that soak with a smoky aromas and salted flavors, then blended with ex-bourbon barrel aged single malt that left to mature under the hot Tel Aviv sun.
The Elements peated integrates the fruity notes of the new make into the casks typical Islay Peaty notes; the result in delicate, rather mellow, and lightly peated whisky.
Aroma: Delightfully fresh. A distinct smoky, earthly scent opens to a unique balanace of vanilla and oak notes, with a final hint of lemon.
Palate: Medium bodied. Vanilla sweetness is followed by a delicate peat touch. A light spiciness accompanies ginger and lemon flavor.
Finish: Long. The peat coats the mouth, with delicate oak and lemon flavors lingering on the tongue.
