Provenance is everything  at the Isle of Skye Distillers – the abiding sense of belonging and community.  Inspired by Skye, they have crafted Misty Isle Gin to embody its place of origin.  Married with crystal-clear waters and the right balance of the finest botanicals, Misty Isle Gin truly captures the ‘spirit of Skye’. Juniper berries are slowly distilled in copper pot stills and are then vapour infused with carefully selected botanicals such as coriander, angelica, orris, grains of paradise and lemon to name a few.  One botanical is kept under wraps, but it can only be found at altitude of the Isle of Skye. Enjoy notes of citrus and floral juniper with an undertone of spice.  We recommend enjoying Misty Isle with a premium Scottish tonic water and garnishing with a twist of fresh orange peel to enhance the citrus taste.
