This collection has been aged in French oak barrels and then additionally in bottles before release. The superb balance between grape and oak results in a firm structure, rich color and aroma, and a delicate finish. Greenish yellow with golden hues. Aromas of green apples and herbal notes. Complexity given by the cold weather of the 2021 harvest, with the structure for aging without leaving the fruit.
