Distilled from a mash bill of 65% corn, 28% wheat, and 7% sorghum, it was pot distilled and matured in a mix of American oak barrels with char levels 2, 3, and 4. Entering the barrel at 106 proof, this bourbon has spent seven years aging under Mississippi’s heat and humidity, developing into an earthy, richly nuanced whiskey.
