Orchard Ale is our exploration into spontaneous fermentation, barrel ageing and blending. We combine apple juice and pulp from our own orchard with a traditional farmhouse malt recipe, before fermenting naturally and maturing in wooden French white wine barrels. 3 years in the making, the resulting drink is complex and intriguing, with a wild, tannic and tart character, and a crisp apple finish. Suitable for vegans.
