Paladar Tempranillo Finished Reposado Tequila is crafted in Mexico by one of the last independent founding families of tequila, honoring generations of agave tradition. Made from 7-year-old Blue Weber agave harvested from estate fields, slow-cooked in brick ovens, fermented in open-air pine vats with wild and proprietary yeast, and twice distilled in copper and stainless steel pot stills, it captures pure agave character at 40% ABV.
Rested in oak and finished in ex-Tempranillo wine casks, this reposado reveals notes of baked agave, red berries, soft oak, cocoa, and gentle spice with a refined, lightly tannic finish.
