Distilled in 1985 at a mystery distillery on Islay, matured for 34 years and finished in an ex-Cognac cask, this edition of Peat's Beast was bottled in 2020.
Nose: Sandalwood, treacle tart and sticky toffee pudding mingle with lime marmalade, heather honey and buttery toast.
Palate: Notes of Turkish delight, peat smoke, tar, caramel, melon and vanilla panna cotta.
Finish: Lingering smokiness with a hint of tangy spices.
