Pendleton® Midnight is a super-premium, blended Canadian whisky. Musky leather and cinnamon aroma complements the well-balanced oak taste paired with warm spices for a full, authentic flavor. A portion of every batch is aged in American brandy barrels to provide a full and balanced flavor. (45% ABV – 90 proof).
Color: Rich amber
Aroma: Musky notes of leather with warm cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and a trace of ginger.
Flavor: Full, well-balanced oak is paired with hints of coffee cake, nuts, caramelized bananas and candied figs.
Finish: A full-bodied and satiating finish with a lingering smolder of spices, pecans and walnuts.
