Overview
A pre-infusion chamber for the Mini Vivaldi II and Dream T. This product acts similar to the way the pre-infusion does on an E61 group machine, allowing for water to enter the grounds before the pressure of the machine kicks on. By doing so the coffee inside the portafilter swells and gives a more well rounded, smooth tasting shot of espresso. It helps aid in forgiveness if your tamp or your grind is slightly off.
