代金引換（代引き）の手数料を、注文金額の帯ごとに送料として自動で設定します。金額帯と手数料を1つの表に入力して保存するだけで、条件付きの配送レートをまとめて作成・同期します。手数料を設定するために必要だった何ステップもの手作業を、ほぼ1画面に集約します。代引きを選んだ注文にだけ手数料を加算し、それ以外の配送方法では代引き決済を自動で非表示にします。判定は割引適用後の小計を基準に行います。手数料は送料として表示・請求されるので、お客様はチェックアウト前に総額を確認できます。送料名の文字列一致に頼らず、アプリが管理する名前で識別するため、設定が壊れにくい仕組みです。代金引換（手動決済）自体の有効化は、アプリ内のガイドから Shopify の決済設定へ進んで行えます。
