This is based on the 2019 vintage, with addition of 25% reserve wines from the 2017 and 2018 harvests. It is sourced from some of the greatest sites of Sta Rita Hills: Wenzlau Family Vineyard, Sanford & Benedict Vineyard, La Rinconada Vineyard and Bentrock Vineyard. This is a project that Rudolphe Peters of Pierre Peters Champagne has been a part of to produce, for the first time, limited quantities of his own California Sparkling.
