Rancilio Silvia 110V Heating Element and Gasket, New Version Boilers Only

The current-generation Rancilio Silvia 110V, 800W heating element, made of stainless steel rather than the older brazed copper design. Installed in all Silvia models built from July 2013 onward, this element is threaded and keyed so it installs and tightens without brazing. Includes the Garlock gasket (R_23 / 36220023); the fixing nut is not included.

COMPATIBILITY

• Fits: Rancilio Silvia, new-version 110V boiler (built July 2013 and later)
• Replaces: Older brazed copper 110V elements are NOT compatible, this fits threaded, keyed boilers only

INSTALLATION

This is a wired electrical heating element, installation should be handled by a qualified technician.

PRO TIPS

• Per Rancilio's own technical bulletin, torque the fixing nut properly after installation to prevent steam from escaping around the threads.
• Even though this steel element tolerates a partially full boiler better than the old copper version, still top off the boiler after extended steaming to protect the element long-term.
• Confirm your boiler is the July 2013+ threaded/keyed version before ordering, older brazed-element Silvia boilers cannot use this part.
