Winemaking & Terroir

Sourced from the rolling granite-rich hills of the Fleurie appellation, this wine is made from 100% Gamay grapes—a variety celebrated for its freshness, perfume, and silky texture. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo semi-carbonic maceration, a traditional Beaujolais technique that enhances the wine’s floral aromatics and soft tannins. Aging takes place in stainless steel and partially in oak vats, preserving the wine’s fruit purity while adding gentle complexity.

Appearance: Deep ruby red with violet highlights.

Nose: Expressive bouquet of violets, red cherries, raspberries, and subtle spice.
