The 2023 Reposo White brings the sun-soaked vibrance of Valencia to your glass. Grown sustainably at 600 meters in the Alcusses Valley, this blend of Gewürztraminer and Muscat showcases the unique terroir of southeastern Spain. The vines are cultivated in sandy and white clay soils, and native yeasts are used for fermentation, preserving the natural expression of the land. Harvested at night to retain freshness, each varietal is fermented separately and aged on lees for two months with weekly bâtonnage. The result is a brilliantly aromatic white wine bursting with passion fruit, ripe mango, mandarin, and lime. On the palate, it’s crisp and persistent, balancing bright acidity with subtle texture.
