Because of its compact form factor and short under-cabinet height, the Faustino is the perfect match for Rocket Espresso's home machines while still providing the grind quality for exceptional home espresso. In addition to the large grind adjust knob, thick pedestal rest, and large bean hopper, the Faustino offers excellent ergonomics. In the interior, a sound-insulated case, a stepless 50mm flat burr set, an antistatic grounds chute, and a shaped pipe ensure that the portafilter is filled quickly and consistently. Several modes of continuous grinding or dosing are available through a high-contrast touchscreen mounted at an angle. In addition to matching chrome and contrast black finishes, the Faustino is also available in Appartamento finishes.
