Great dry cider takes time. This is a drink bursting with energy, three years on from when it was pressed, and with surely enough intensity, structure and flavour that it will keep improving for year after year. Three great, vibrant apples come together naturally - ripening at the same time - to be co-fermented and create a drink of such viscosity that it feels like liquid velvet on the tongue. Presented in collaboration with Hereford Beer House, where owner and operator Sion Harris always has room for great cider. No visit to the city is complete without a cider in this bar. The fun artwork was created by Sion Harris and Albert Johnson, and made real by Kerrie McKinnon.
