Sazerac Rye is the entry-level expression of the Buffalo Trace rye program — the accessible companion to the allocated 18-year release, using the same rye mashbill at a younger age. Wheatley Vodka was created by Harlen Wheatley, one of the most decorated distillers in American whiskey, applying his craft distilling principles to a 10-times-distilled wheat-based vodka at 82 proof (41% ABV). Together they represent two distinct production philosophies from the same distillery.
