Vineyard & Winemaking

Grown on warm, sun-drenched inland terraces with soils of granite, schist, sandstone, and limestone, these Cannonau grapes develop rich, concentrated flavors balanced by natural freshness. After a late autumn harvest, the wine is fermented in stainless steel and aged for about six months in barrel to enhance complexity while preserving bright fruit character.
