Sheringham Distillery works out of Langford on Vancouver Island, a small craft operation that's punched well above its weight — their Seaside Gin was named Best Contemporary Style Gin in the world at the 2019 World Gin Awards, and that same gin-making pedigree shows up here. This Lemon Gin Liqueur started when co-founder Jason set out to build something light and easy to shake, pairing a London Dry-style gin base with the juice of premium lemons, then gently sweetening the whole thing. Because it's produced in small batches, this particular bottle carries its own batch number, No. 1312, so no two runs taste quite identical. On the nose, expect bright, sweet, acidic lemon — fresh juice layered with candied peel — backed by a solid wallop of London Dry juniper.
