This high-quality whisky has been crafted by Kumesen Distillery, which was established in 1952 in Okinawa, Japan. Made from 100% premium Indica long grain rice, it undergoes a unique fermentation process using indigenous Okinawan black koji and yeast. Distillation takes place in a single stainless steel pot still, and it is matured in ex-Fino and Manzanilla Sherry Oak casks for at least 18 years. This results in delicious notes of red cherries, black licorice, and milk chocolate, making for a truly satisfying experience for your taste buds.
