The barrels in this blend were selected for their lasting dark chocolate flavours and vanilla wafer character, a perfect representation of the original. Post-ageing, we spin on Cypress Wood and Cacao to get the full Caribbean Chocolate Cake character that you expect, layered onto a base beer with luxurious depth.
