For their gin, that wheat base gets redistilled with seven botanicals — juniper, coriander, angelica root, cardamom, and hibiscus steeped directly in the copper pot still, while hand-zested orange and lemon peel hang in a bag high in the still's neck for a gentler, more aromatic vapor infusion. The wheat base itself lends a notably full, smooth sweetness that distinguishes it from grain-neutral competitors. Expect a clean, initially subtle floral nose that opens into juniper, with lemon verbena, hibiscus, and a touch of raspberry and tangerine underneath.
