They craft their spirits in small batches, with a focus on grain to glass distilling, and they never sell sourced spirits. Located on the beautiful Route One along Maine’s scenic coastline, this distillery is committed to taking the time do things well and create a great product. This is a four-grain bourbon, using organic grains sourced in New England, and distilled in small single batches. Nice mineralogy is present from the water source in Newcastle, Maine, and the char on the barrels gives a slight hint of smokiness.
